Amanda has been with Andy Taylor & Associates, P.C. since its inception in April of 2003. Her practice focuses on general litigation matters. By way of example, Amanda has been involved in the following:
- Representing political action committee in lawsuit filed by unsuccessful candidates alleging violations of the Texas Election Code
- Advising individuals on various issues regarding upcoming vote on political measure
- Representing current officeholder in ongoing election contest
- Advising the Office of the Attorney General of Texas on various redistricting issues, including the application of the Voting Rights Act of 1965
- Representing business non-profit corporation in lawsuits filed by unsuccessful candidates alleging violations of the Texas Election Code
- Representing homeowners in litigation against the Homeowner’s Association
- Advising clients on various civil litigation disputes
